1. THE PROMOTER
   1. The Promoter is SIG TRADING LIMITED (trading as SIG Roofing), a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 01451007 whose registered office is at Adsetts House, 16 Europa View, Sheffield Business Park, Sheffield, United Kingdom, S9 1XH.
   2. This promotion is run in conjunction with Emc3 Reality Limited (“EMC3”) a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 08491174 whose registered office is Lombard House, Cross Keys, Lichfield, WS13 6DN.
2. ELIGIBILITY

   Entrants must be aged 18 years or over to participate in this Promotion. The promotion is open to legal residents of GB (England, Wales and Scotland) aged 18 years or over only, except:

   (a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;

   (b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the promotion or its administration; or

   (c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

3. THE PROMOTION
   1. The title of the promotion is Road to Glory.
   2. The promotional period will open 00:01 on 18/05/2026 (the “Opening Date”) to 23:59 on 19/07/2026 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive. All promotion entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
   3. To enter, make a qualifying purchase in a participating SIG Roofing branch or enter via the free entry route (instant win only) to receive a unique single-use game token. Scan the QR code and play the Daily Penalty Shootout to find out instantly if you are a winner. Receipt must be retained as proof of purchase.
   4. Entrants receive one game token per qualifying purchase. Multiple purchases in a day are permitted and each earns a loyalty stamp, however only one instant win prize may be claimed per person per day.
   5. Entrants can enter the Promotion by making a qualifying purchase as set out above, via the weekly email entry route, or by using the Free Entry Route detailed below. The Free Entry Route applies to the Daily Penalty Shootout instant win only and does not qualify for Predictor Card entry.

   (e) Free entry URLs are single-use and must be used on the day issued.

   (g) All other Promotion terms apply equally to free entries.

5. EMAIL ENTRY ROUTE

   Dormant and prospect customers may be contacted by SIG Roofing via email with a link to play the Daily Penalty Shootout:

   (a) The customer receives a weekly email from SIG Roofing containing a unique game link.

   (b) On first opening the email and playing the game, the customer will automatically receive their first loyalty stamp as an incentive.

   (c) This first loyalty stamp counts towards the 4 stamps required to unlock the Road to Glory Predictor Card.

   (d) Subsequent stamps must be earned through qualifying in-branch purchases.

   (e) The email is issued weekly throughout the campaign.

   (f) All other Promotion terms apply equally to email route participants.

   The Promotion will end early if game tokens run out, as each branch only has a set allocation per kit.

7. THE PRIZES

   12. This is a dynamic prize pot and whilst the overall prizes will not be less than the total stated, more prizes may be added at any time.
   13. The physical prize is supplied by the Promoter and distributed by the branch. The digital prize is distributed by EMC3 Reality Limited.
   14. Prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative (except where the prize is stated to be cash).
   15. The Promoter reserves the right to replace any prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
8. ROAD TO GLORY PREDICTOR CARD (£25,000)
   1. The £25,000 Predictor Card is a time-limited opportunity available during the build-up period, closing prior to the tournament going live.
   2. To unlock the Predictor Card, entrants must accumulate 4 loyalty stamps. Stamps are earned as follows:
      1. The first stamp may be earned by opening and playing via the weekly SIG Roofing email entry route (Prospect and Dormant customers only).
      2. Subsequent stamps are earned through qualifying in-branch purchases, with one stamp per qualifying purchase per day.
      3. On the 4th completed stamp, the Predictor Card unlocks automatically.
      4. The free entry route does not contribute to Predictor Card eligibility or loyalty stamp progression.
   3. Once unlocked, the entrant must submit one answer for each of the following five predictions, by entering what they believe will be the cumulative totals across all England and Scotland games that form part of the 2026 FIFA World Cup and for as long as both nations remain in the tournament:
      1. Total number of Corners awarded
      2. Total number of Throw Ins awarded
      3. Total number of Free Kicks awarded
      4. Total number of Goals scored
      5. Total number of Yellow Cards conceded
   4. Entrants have one opportunity to submit their predictions. Once submitted, entries cannot be changed.
   5. The £25,000 cash prize will be awarded to the entrant/s who correctly predicts all five outcomes exactly. In the event of no correct entries, no prize will be awarded for the Predictor Card.
   6. All data used to determine the correct answers relates to events that took place during normal and injury time only, across all games featuring England and Scotland in the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Data from extra time and penalty shoot-outs is excluded.
   7. All totals are cumulative and include events from both teams across every game that England and Scotland participate in, for as long as each nation remains in the tournament.
   8. Final adjudication will be determined by Opta Stats Perform provided data and according to their definitions of individual statistics. No negotiation will be entered into in respect of the final determination.
   9. The £25,000 cash prize will be paid directly to a UK bank account held in the name of the verified winner. Winners must provide valid UK bank account details to receive payment.
   10. Winners will be contacted within 7 days of the end of the tournament and be required to provide UK bank account details. Payment will be made BACS within 7 days of confirmation and verification.
   11. Predictor Card entries are capped at the first 3,000 completed submissions only. Once this limit is reached, no further Predictor Card entries will be accepted.
   12. The Predictor Card submission deadline is 23:59 on 10/06/2026. Once the deadline has passed, all entries will be locked in a password-protected file and shared securely with the underwriters following the final qualifying game of either England or Scotland.
   13. The £25,000 prize is insured and subject to full audit trail and secure validation.
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION, PRIZE REDEMPTION & COLLECTION

   To enter the Promotion, individuals must:

   (a) make a qualifying purchase, use the email entry route, or use the free entry route (instant win only);

   (b) scan the QR code on the game token or open the game via the email link;

   (c) accept the relevant Cookies Policy and terms and conditions;

   (d) complete the data capture form – Full Name and Email Address;

   (e) confirm their location;

   (f) play the Daily Penalty Shootout to see if they have won a prize.

   1. For physical prizes, winners will need to show their phone screen to a member of the branch team to redeem the prize. Prizes are collected directly at the branch.
   2. For digital vouchers (NEO Currency), winners will first receive a claim notification email to the address provided on the data capture form. The winner must respond to this claim email within 10 (ten) working days of it being sent to confirm acceptance of their prize. Upon successful response, the digital voucher will be delivered by email within 5 (five) working days. The digital voucher can then be redeemed at any pre-selected brand available within the NEO Currency platform. Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
   3. If a winner does not respond to the claim notification email within 10 (ten) working days, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and reallocate it to another eligible entrant, with no liability to the original winner.
   4. If any digital vouchers are undelivered due to inaccurate contact details provided by the entrant, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw and reallocate the prize entitlement with no liability.
   5. For the £25,000 Predictor Card prize, the winner/s must meet online via a verified video call with EMC3 in order to confirm their identity (e.g. driving licence or passport) before the prize can be awarded. This will be arranged between EMC3 and the winner via the email address supplied on the data capture form within 5 (five) working days of the winner’s response to the claim email.
   6. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize of equal or higher value.
   7. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner is not able to take up their prize and reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.
10. PRIZE DELIVERY
    1. Physical prizes are distributed directly by the branch upon the winner presenting their winning screen to a branch team member.
    2. Digital vouchers (NEO Currency) will be delivered electronically by EMC3 to the email address provided by the entrant, within 5 (five) working days of the winner successfully responding to the claim notification email.
    3. In the unlikely event that a digital voucher does not arrive within 10 (ten) working days of the claim email being responded to, the winner must notify EMC3 by emailing support@emc3.co.uk within a further 10 (ten) working days. If the winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right not to issue the prize.
    4. All digital vouchers not claimed within 10 (ten) working days of the initial claim notification email being sent will be reallocated at the Promoter’s discretion.
    5. The £25,000 cash prize will be paid directly to a UK bank account held in the name of the verified winner. Winners must provide valid UK bank account details to receive payment.
    6. The Promoter will not be liable for non-delivery of any prize caused by the provision of incorrect information or other causes beyond its reasonable control.
11. DATA PROTECTION
    1. EMC3 Reality Ltd (“EMC3”) will collect and process personal information from all entrants for the purposes of administering this promotion (including data requested for prize fulfilment purposes) and will share this personal information with the Promoter. Data is collected from all players, regardless of whether they win a prize.

In accordance with current guidelines, if you are a winner, the Promoter may publish, or make available on request, information that confirms an award took place including your surname, county and, if applicable, the entry itself. 12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
13. GENERAL
    1. By entering the Promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter.
    2. Instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion. In the event of a conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence.
    3. If the Promoter has any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the competitive process or spirit of the Promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude any entrant from participating in the promotion.
    4. The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
    5. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
    6. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified.
    7. The decisions of the Promoter are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.

    9. If any clause or provision of these terms and conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within.
